Write tests to confirm that an aggregate command comment is propagated to every stage of a sharded $lookup and $graphLookup invocation. This should include tests for both local and remote shard to shard targeting.

Closing this ticket, as the jstests added in SERVER-39270 verify that 'comment' is propagated during $lookup execution on both local and remote shards.
