Hello,

As your errors mention, it appears that there is no more memory available on the server for MongoDB to optimally function. If you upload your mongod logs and "diagnostic.data" folder (located under the $dbpath) to our Secure Upload Portal we can take a look to see if anything stands out. Please note that only MongoDB engineers will be able to see the files uploaded via the portal and all files will automatically delete after a period of time.

Thanks,

Danny
