 Description

Presently, the ticket admission POC has some handling that prevents overflowing the ticket count (stored in an int) by ensuring that the total number of tickets assigned in one period never exceeds one billion. More robust handling should be added to avoid overflowing, or the overflow risk should be eliminated altogether.
