 Description

The executor.archive functionality allows the user to archive the entire data directory on certain conditions. I would like this to be expanded to allow the user to only archive potential subfolders "diagnostics.data" and "traffic.data". I suspect that, if turned on for a limited set of suites, this will be useful for the purposes of diagnosing a common set of failures in sharding.

Moving this ticket to the Backlog and removing the "Backlog" fixVersion as per our latest policy for using fixVersions.
