The same test running on the PPC architecture appears that it can have widely different runtimes (1.5 minutes vs 18 minutes). This is causing tests running on PPC to timeout when we set timeout values based on test history. While we figure out what is causing the different runtimes, we should disable dynamic timeouts for PPC tests. |

I think we can just restrict this to the Ubuntu 18.04 PowerPC machines until we better understand what's going on with those hosts. |
