| Description |

The Linkbench 1 and 3 node replica set tests both currently use w:1 write concern. We should change the 3 node replica set test to use w:majority, so that it can help give us a rough estimate of transaction performance on replica set secondaries. It doesn't seem that there is much value to running a w:1 workload in a 3 node replica set. |

william.schultz leading into the release we would like to keep continuity on the history, so we would like to keep the existing task up. That said, it makes sense to add a w:majority version of it. Would you be able to drive that? We believe that today this could be done by making a new test_control file that passes through a conenction string specifying w:majority. |
