We have little powercycle + prepare test coverage. The only fsm workload that runs prepare against a mongod (powercycle doesn't run against mongos so will not run cross-shard transactions) is multi_statement_transaction_atomicity_isolation_metrics_test.js. Since prepare is all about storage, durability, and recovery, powercycle testing seems like a good place to add coverage. |

We're not planning on enhancing powercycle for this. Please consider reaching out to robert.guo about using Antithesis for additional debugging information. |

I'm not putting this is the prepare epic or marking it required since we do have limited powercycle coverage already. |
