If this is something that we'd prefer to be handled in SCons, could SDP consider doing this, given that SDP owns SCons? |

We do still need this, given Ninja isn't our permanent route desired and this would be preferable handled in SCons if possble. |

Now that engineers have the ability to filter using Ninja, is this still needed acm? Assigning to SDP to investigate if there's still a use case for this. If there is, please kick it back to us. |
