 Description

Now that IndexAccessMethod::getKeys() returns KeyString::Value, the ValidateAdaptor should not convert from KeyString back to BSON in most places. Additionally, all of the code in IndexConsistency should use KeyString::Value instead of KeyString::Builder.

In most cases KeyString only needs to be converted back to BSON when generating errors statues for users.
