 Description

All of the FSM workloads that use mapReduce are blacklisted from the sharded concurrency suites due to SERVER-20057 among other things.

Once we complete the migration of mapReduce's implementation to the aggregation framework we should be able to re-enable all of these.

As part of SERVER-42691 I started working on porting mr_shard_version.js to an FSM test but it wouldn't make sense while these tests are still blacklisted from the sharded FSM suites. I've attached WIP.patch which is as far as I got. I also ran this patch build which removed all the blacklisting of mapReduce from sharded FSM suites. Some of them failed which will be useful to look at.
