Hello, We have a sharded cluster in which we are having 4 shards each containing 3 members i.e. Primary-Secondary-Secondary. Recently we are facing an issue that the replica set members are switching over continuously. This is happening in every shard of the cluster. Note: All servers are in same subnet. Please find attached logs of primary member. Regards, Sumit

Hi opensourcedb@cloverinfotech.com, We still need additional information to diagnose the problem. If this is still an issue for you, would you please upload the requested information to our secure upload portal? Thanks, |

Hi opensourcedb@cloverinfotech.com, Thanks for your report. In order for us to diagnose this issue, please provide full mongod logs plus "diagnostic.data" folders under the {{$dbpath}}s from all members of a replica set covering the time of the reported switchover. You can upload the files to our Secure Upload Portal. Please rest assured that only MongoDB engineers will be able to see the files and they will delete automatically after 90 days. Thank you, |
