this patch build failure seems to be due to a failure in the infrastructure/setup for burn_in_tests. The failure message is:
david.bradford thinks that "it looks like a problem with how we reuse compile for some burn in variants". |

I wonder if it is because the burn_in_tags_bypass_compile_and_fetch_binaries.py script doesn't run these os.chmod() commands like the bypass_compile_and_fetch_binaries.py script does. |
