In the dsi supported, run-dsi sets up a python virtualenv for python scripts to run in. As part of that, we do a `pip install` for the requirements. We should pip this output to a file and upload it, to provide traceability about which python packages have been installed if anything needs to be investigated. As a Server engineer, AC:
