I have attached repair_attempt.tgz. Please extract the repaired files into your $dbpath. This will be the last time we will be able to perform this service for you. In order to recover from situations like this in the future, we strongly recommend implementing a replica set as that will ensure one server having issues is easily remedied.

I believe my issue with db loading is to that related to the issue SERVER-36320. When files were repaired by Nick Brewer I was able to access my db once again immediately. I have attached corrupted files.
