 Description

In trying to use a newer smaller version of the stitch support library referenced in SERVER-43952, Stitch builds fail with errors for missing stitch_support.h. I believe it was the result of build system cleanup. mathew.robinson pointed out that it should be easy fix, just adding install-stitch-support-dev scons target to the stitch_support_create_lib evergreen task.

ernie.hershey - Yes, that looks like the right change to fix that. We will get it sorted out.
