Hi ateeqnsr8@gmail.com,

In order to provide a solution, we first need to understand the root cause. This is not possible w/o the requested data.
You can try to reproduce this issue on non-production environment and upload all the requested information.

Thanks,
Dima

Its an production db so i can't provide detail log.

I have seen the logs noting there. just need the solution why my mongod server stuck at journal flush.

I know that its not an error.

Hi ateeqnsr8@gmail.com,

Unfortunately, it's very challenging to diagnose an issue like this without the complete logs and diagnostic data. Would it be feasible to upload the mongod log and an archive of the diagnostic.data directory in your dbpath to this secure upload portal that is only visible to MongoDB employees?

Thanks,
Dima
