 Description

SERVER-37135 was recently backported to v3.4. The backport seems to have caused OS X to attempt to validate more TLS protocol versions in ssl_count_protocols.js. However, the OS X shell and server in 3.4 supported many fewer protocols and only spoke TLS 1.0. We revise the test to work as it did before, and not evaluate these protocols on this platform.
