When hygienic is on and a user tries to build all, core, etc. we should print a warning or error message to direct them to the correct new alias. |

I've decided against doing this. We have written an extensive wiki article on hygienic builds and it details the translation from old to new targets. We will additionally be updating our public facing documentation when we make hygienic builds the default. Given that, it doesn't seem necessary to provide this fallback. SCons will already tell you if you have named a target it doesn't know about. |
