To make createIndexes in v4.4 FCV4.2 abort concurrent outgoing migrations when run on empty collections, we need to call onStartIndexBuildSinglePhase here. |

We will not be doing this ticket as this scenario can't be encountered. Basically, IndexBuildsCoordinator::createIndexesOnEmptyCollection only gets called when the namespace is nonexistent or when renaming a collection. In order to abort a migration, a collection must be sharded and have chunks to migrate. Because the shardCollection command will always create the collection when setting up a sharded collection and renaming a collection is not allowed for sharded collections, it's impossible for us to hit this code path in the context of a sharded collection. |
