The shell's retryable error codes do not match the driver's specs for what should be retryable.

Closing SERVER-44593 and SERVER-45360. The mongo shell behavior hasn't been an issue for any of our stepdown suites. At this point, the driver specification would have the mongo shell using the RetryableWriteError label.
