We have seen this happen a couple of times now. It would be great to find the root cause of the problem.

apologies - we're on version 3.4.15, not 3.4.16 as stated in the ticket. We can see that theres a fix in 3.4.16. We're going to install that version. I'm happy for this ticket to close |
