 Description

did not see any mention of partial in shell sources.
This will most likely be handy for the shell to have, when a shard is down in a cluster.
Should be able to set it at least at global level.

To clarify, you can set any query flag using the options parameter on the find and findOne functions.

> DBQuery.Option
{
	"tailable" : 2,
	"slaveOk" : 4,
	"oplogReplay" : 8,
	"noTimeout" : 16,
	"awaitData" : 32,
	"exhaust" : 64,
	"partial" : 128
}
>db.coll.find({}, {}, 0, 0, 0, DBQuery.Option.partial)

You can do this now via addOption
