 Description

Exceptions can be thrown when setVersion'ing connections in the parallel cursor init method, these should be caught and wrapped to add some context.

This has been fixed since MongoDB 2.4. Given that older versions are already deprecated and that ParallelSortClusteredCursor is on its last legs, about to be removed we won't fix it any further.
