 Description

Hi,

We have a customer who is using MongoDB on premise, they have purchased enterprise licenses and are managing their MongoDB clusters using ops manager.  As part of this they are enabling TLS/SSL for their servers using certificates generated by their own internal Certificate Root Authority.

In order for my application to connect, using the Java driver, we need to be able to support the use of these certificates. To connect to this cluster from the application, do we need to import the public certificate for the certificate root authority (and optionally the individual certificates for each server in the cluster) into the applications java truststore?

Regards

Mark

Hi mburnie@idbs.com,

The SERVER project is for bugs and feature suggestions for the MongoDB server. As this ticket does not appear to be a bug, I will now close it. If you need assistance troubleshooting, I encourage you to ask our community by posting on the MongoDB Community Forums or on Stack Overflow with the mongodb tag.

Kind regards,
Carl
