 Description

The --archiveFile flag needs to be specified for archival to be done. The intention was for local invocations of resmoke to not archive data files in s3.

The same functionality can be achieved by checking TestData.inEvergreen without needing to set a command line argument.

Based on our team's conversation, it was recommended to change the -archive suite parameter to -archiveInEvergreen when using in EvergreenĀ
