I'm removing this ticket from the Initial Sync Semantics project and putting back into Needs Scheduling. When in FCV 4.4, we don't add 'newlyAdded', so we can only do this ticket for FCV 4.6. This is complicated by the fact that shard servers are in the "downgrade FCV", so FCV 4.4 on the current master branch, until after the config servers are fully set up. As a result, in addition to multiversion tests, we'd also have to omit shard servers from this behavior. This all added more complexity than seemed worthwhile right now. |
