If it is possible to have a burn_in_tests.py variant for local use that does not need to specify an evergreen variant or have any evergreen dependencies, that would also be ideal. |

Previously, to run burn_in_tests locally and have it run tests locally, you had to run `python ./buildscripts/burn_in_tests.py --local --build-variant=enterprise-rhel-62-64-bit`. With this change, you can now simply run `python ./buildscripts/burn_in_tests.py --local` |
