 Description

Rough starting outline:

Write Operations
(an overview of how writes (insert, update, delete) are processed)
    Collection Writes
    Index Writes
(how index tables also get updated when a write happens -- (numIndexes + 1) writes total)
    Vectored Insert

Definitely feel free to alter the layout and file additional tickets split the work into more manageable units. Please add topics if you can think of any. This outline is meant only to be a starting point.

I'd like a section on WriteConflictExceptions and handling thereof.
