| Description |
|
Please split out mongod from the mongo tools into separate packages. I'd like to install the mongo client (shell) on some app servers without automatically getting a running instance of mongod when installation completes. It also becomes a problem when we run mongos on 27017 on an app server (for transparent update from non-sharded to sharded), when the system reboots mongod will come up on 27017 unless it is explicitly disabled in init.d or upstart. |
