 Description

The causally_consistent_hedged_reads_jscore_passthrough.yml test suite runs a 1-shard, 3-node replica set shard cluster with a 1-node CSRS. It uses some high verbosity settings that we're finding to overwhelm logkeeper, and leads to processes being killed by the OOM killer. Halving the number of resmoke.py jobs by adding an entry for it within GLOBAL_TASK_FACTOR_OVERRIDES should hopefully address the failures we've been seeing.
