 Description

After a power fail, my mew mongod install was working ok

Setup is: virtual machine, coexist with a HCL Sametime Server version 11

I already tried some "suggestions" from web like

1.- mongod --reapair

2.- mongod --storageEngien=mmapv1 --dbpath "path"

{{}}

None of them worked

You're welcome!

If this data is not there anymore then you'll have to add it again.

Thanks !!

Should I have to re add the users and everything?

I did what ypu said, the server already start up, but looks like it lost the username and configuration for the existing sametime database

arturo@siei.mx,

I've attached a repair attempt of the files you provided as repair_attempt.tar.gz . Please extract these files, replace them in your $dbpath, and let us know if it resolves the issue.

Kind regards,
Carl

Hi arturo@siei.mx,

Please attach copies of the wiredTiger.wt and wiredTiger.turtle files and we can attempt a metadata-only repair effort using internal tools.

Keep in mind that this repair effort may not be successful, and that diagnosing corruption issues requires significant information and effort.

Thanks,
Carl
