At some point, we updated signal processing to be pulled into sys-perf/performance as a evergreen module instead of a versioned package. So this change is no longer needed. |

Update signal_processing_setup.sh to the latest compatible version (~=3.0.1). A sys perf and performance patch should also be run. |
