| Description |
|
Currently the limit is 255. Since both Safe Reconfig and Initial Sync Semantics encourage users to use unique memberIds more often, 255 might be an undesirable constraint. We could do this by allowing bigger memberIds on disk in one release, but not allowing users to create them, and then allowing users to create bigger memberIds in a following release. |
