Some tests in evergreen are able to trigger synflood protections and trigger TCPFastOpenBlackhole events. This disables TFO for a period of time. We should not validate the behaviour of tcp_fastopen.js on such hosts, because TFO will not engage, nor will TFO metrics be incremented. |
