Hi mengdejia2014@gmail.com, thank you for providing the requested information. I suspect the issue you are reporting is related to some kind of corruption (we are reporting a failure in the pread system call). The reason I've requested /var/log/messages and /var/log/dmesg file is because I also suspect some system-wide issue given MongoDB does not consume much resources at the time of the crash (98 MB resident memory, with only 4 MB of WT cache) but some other process does as we see 55 GB consumption. As we can also see some container related resources limitations in place, as well as WT (you do not allow the overflow file to grow above 0 MB), I encourage you to ask our community about configuration best practices by posting on the MongoDB Community Forums or on Stack Overflow with the mongodb tag. Thanks, |

Thank you very much. I have uploaded the full mongod.log file and the $dbpath/diagnostic.data directory. But I can not find the /var/log/messages and /var/log/dmesg file. Is it necessary? |

Would you please archive (tar or zip) the full mongod.log file and the $dbpath/diagnostic.data directory (the contents are described here) and upload them to this support uploader location? Also, please compress and attach /var/log/messages and the output from /var/log/dmesg. Files uploaded to this portal are visible only to MongoDB employees and are routinely deleted after some time. Thanks, |
