| Description |
|
We have an API for globally accessible and customizable tracepoints called Failpoints. They live in src/mongo/util, however the enableFailPoint command lives in src/mongo/db/commands. This topic should have a large section in src/mongo/util/README.md. This is intended to be abstract documentation, describe relationships and state transitions not code in common language. |

Let's do fail_points.md instead of failpoints.md. |
