Using the idea of a test-driven development approach to add timestamp support to Biggie, we need to be able to mock timestamps. Having a unittest framework that allows us to make changes to the radix tree and mock how the various timestamps react to those changes would be beneficial. We've mocked the KVEngine before, so a similar idea can be applied for Biggie. |

We're going to use the existing KVEngine test harness instead for this. |
