 Description

This ticket should produce a JS test that will be extended eventually to verify that we can interrupt an index build at shutdown and resume the build successfully from some arbitrary mid-point on startup. The first version of this JS test should confirm that the internal idents containing the resumable index builds are written out successfully, either by inspecting the logs or the filesystem.

Part of the motivation for this work came from the code review for SERVER-48420 - we were introducing a JS test to verify that we would not write the idents on an abrupt shutdown but realized we had no existing coverage for the clean shutdown case.
