Because pcre-8.41 has vulnerability CVE-2017-11164, I want to recompile MongoDB based on pcre-8.44. Can I compile MongoDB based on pcre-8.44? |

Hi mr-liu - Yes, it is possible to build against the system version of pcre. However, could you please bring this question to the MongoDB Server Development Forum, where I will be happy to discuss it with you? The MongoDB JIRA is reserved for bug reports or feature requests. |
