| Description |

In HELP-17161 it was discovered that read preferences were not functioning properly due to latency measurements being converted to zero when the latency of a node is under a millisecond. However, no test failures seemed to indicate this. This ticket is to create an jstest that properly asserts that the read preferences work as expected when there are varying latencies throughout the cluster. We currently have this test, but it does not take latency into account. |
