 Description

Currently, when someone installs mongodb-10gen with apt-get, the mongodb daemon is started with the default configuration file. This behavior will not be changed at this time, as it is common practice of Ubuntu packages to automatically start once installation is complete.

An override method exists in Ubuntu 11.04 onwards, referenced here: http://upstart.ubuntu.com/cookbook/#override-files
