 Description

Hi,

MongoDB was running fine in Azure Container Instance and container Failed after some time. I can not figure out the reason. I'm trying to investigate by searching in MongoDB diagnostic.data, but when I open the metrics, the content is encrypted. How can I see what is inside specific metric file?

MongoDB container uses Azure File Share as permanent data storage and also it is under VNET.

Thank you,
Tanja

Hi tanja.savic@crossmasters.com,

I recommend working with the Azure team to understand why container failed. Obviously, mongod process cannot run on a failed container.
If this investigation will lead to a conclusion that mongod process was somehow responsible for this failure, please provide the evidence and we will reopen this ticket.

As for the metrics files, we use them by our internal tools.

Regards,
Dima
