There is anĀ existing doWhile utility in one of the transaction coordinator libraries that we should move to a more generic place so it can be used by other code, particularly primary-only services. |

There's actually already a generic utility called AsyncTry that does the same thing (see example usage here), so there's no need to move txn::doWhile into a generic library. |
