Current sys-perf artifacts are very big, due to including source directories (1.6 GB), and virtualenvs (~200MB). We should save githashes and versions of everything, but I don't think we otherwise need these two directories. It is a recent change that these are saved. |

I rather aggressively cut down the files included in the artifacts to be basically known keep-worthy files and directories. I excluded all of src since that's primarily just git checkouts. If it turns out we need more artifacts we can allowlist them in very easily. |

I was poking through this code already so just picked this up - turned out to be pretty easy to it the "right" way. |
