We have a major issues on our MongoDB and I've attached the latest logs and files. In previous forums I've seen this get fixed by your team. Can you please help as soon as possible please, we are a medical facility and need this fixed. We are running on Windows 2016 Server and running fine until a power outage.

As MongoDB 3.4 has reached EOL, we can try to assist you as a one-time exception. In the attached files, I could not find the WiredTiger.wt file. In order to try the repair attempt, we'll need both files: WiredTiger.wt and WiredTiger.turtle. Could you re-attach WiredTiger.wt and WiredTiger.turtle files? Thanks, |
