Currently the tenant migration oplog fetcher will always stick to the same sync source even if it changes roles from PRIMARY to SECONDARY or vice-versa, regardless of read preference. We could have it continue to respect read preference even when roles change. |

This would be a good optimization, but not one that the Atlas team wants to prioritize. We can re-open if that changes. |
