Add CancelationToken support to these two functions. Since most TaskExecutor usage with CancelationTokens actually will go through TaskExecutor::schedule via ExecutorFutures, which will be cancelable via other means, I'm not actually sure this ticket is worth doing. |

I removed scheduleWorkAt from this ticket in favor of |
