This would be useful for gathering metrics about the system when it's in read-only mode, specifically for queryable backups which is run in read-only mode, allowing us to have further insight into problematic executions. |

One approach for this could be to gather FTDC data regardless of the read-only setting unless theĀ
parameter is set. |
