Can't debug this without the ability to make tests repeatable on Windows, which is ticket SERVER-5308.

Yeah - it's unrelated. Issue is on windows we don't actually use the seed from Random.seed() ( JSSRand/JSRand functions internally), making randomized like this tests near-impossible to debug when they fail.

Failure itself is probably a trig function rounding issue in the test case (it's not an internal failure).
