We should remove the boto3 pip requirement. It's not currently part of resmoke.req and will prevent resmoke from running if aws.req is installed |

We discussed that we should also do an audit of other requirements to see if we need to do further cleanup. We should timebox the audit analysis to 1.5 days and the actual removal of boto3 to a half day (just to confirm there's no downstream impact). |
